Las Olas Family Dental & Implant Center, prepared for Dr. Johnny and Dr. David.

Most dental practices spend their first year building the plumbing: a site that ranks, tracking that works, a search console, structured data, conversion measurement. Las Olas already has all of it, live and verified. That is why this cycle is not about building. It is about pointing what already exists at one thing: getting patients into the chair.

What is working

Four numbers ahead of the US dental market

Engagement 5.10%

The Instagram campaign was clicked at more than four times the published dental benchmark of 0.9% to 1.2%. This is the number agencies find hardest to move, and it is already there.

Cost to be seen $8.95

Per thousand impressions, against a sector range of $18 to $30. The practice is buying visibility at roughly half of what comparable offices pay.

Cost per website visit $0.20

Twenty cents to bring a local person onto lasolas-dentistry.com. That traffic is now an asset, because every one of those visitors can be reached again.

Best search campaign 10.27%

Emergency Dentist clicked at double everything else in the Google account, and produced the two cheapest patient requests of the month at $72 each.

Already built and running

The infrastructure behind those numbers

None of the results above happen by accident. They sit on top of a full technical foundation that was installed, verified and is running today. This is the part that never shows up in a monthly figure, and it is the reason the practice can move quickly now instead of spending the next quarter building.

Search and organic presence

Google Search Console, live since June 17 Verified at domain level through DNS, which is the most robust method available. The sitemap has been processed and all 54 pages of the site are submitted to Google.
Complete structured data The site tells Google exactly what this business is, using LocalBusiness and Dentist markup with the address, geographic coordinates, opening hours, phone number, ratings and a marked-up FAQ. Most practices have none of this.
On-page optimization already done The four pages that matter most, home, emergency, implants and cosmetic, all carry Fort Lauderdale in both the page title and the main heading. That is the single most common local SEO mistake, and this site does not have it.
A full implant content cluster Dedicated pages for implant placement, implant restorations and an implant FAQ, alongside crowns, bridges and root canal therapy. Search engines reward depth on a specialty, and the depth is there.
Clean technical foundation The robots file is correctly configured and points to a working sitemap. A page for every service, so an ad or a search result can send someone to the exact answer instead of the home page.

Measurement

Phone calls from ads are already tracked The call conversion action is live in Google Ads as a primary goal, and the call feature with the practice number is active on all four search campaigns with call reporting turned on.
Every tap on the phone number is recorded, three ways When a visitor taps to call from the website, it registers simultaneously as a Google Ads conversion, as an analytics event, and as a contact signal to Meta. That triple recording is running today, built directly into the site.
Analytics and advertising are connected Three patient actions, phone taps, form submissions and booking clicks, flow from analytics into Google Ads, with deliberately separate attribution windows and a single one steering the bidding. That is a considered setup, not a default one.
The full tracking stack is on every page Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking and the Meta pixel, all live. Nothing has to be built from scratch this cycle.

Trust and conversion

A dedicated cosmetic and veneers page, already live Built, responding correctly and already serving as the destination for the search campaign that brings the cheapest clicks in the account.
Reviews, financing and the map, all connected A review request flow, a financing page and a consistent address linked to Google Maps. Reviews lift both map ranking and ad performance, so that work pays twice.
A privacy policy in place Small detail, real consequence. Healthcare advertisers are held to a higher standard by both Google and Meta, and this is one of the checks that keeps the accounts in good standing.

What comes next

Short list, because the hard parts are done

Next step · within 7 days

Linking the social profiles to the practice's search identity

The structured data already tells Google what this business is, and already carries the Facebook page. The next step adds the Instagram profile and the Google Maps listing to it, and places the social links across the site. This is what tells Google that the website, the Instagram account and the point on the map are all the same clinic, which strengthens the practice as a single recognized entity in local search. Scheduled for the next seven days.

Next step · within 7 days

Connecting Instagram directly to Search Console

Google now allows a social channel to be connected alongside a website, so the practice can see how people find its content in search and not only its pages. This connection needs to be authorized from the practice's own Instagram account, and it is scheduled for the next seven days.

This week

Appointment requests inside Instagram

A request form that opens without leaving the app, pre-filled with the person's details, with their phone number verified and three short questions so the front desk knows who is calling and why before they dial. This is the piece that converts attention already being earned into a name and a number.

This week

A live verification test of every tracked action

A real call, a real tap on the phone number and a real form submission, each checked end to end. Not because anything is suspected of being broken, but because a measurement system is only trustworthy once someone has proven it with their own hands.

The map paid search gave us

What patients are actually typing, and what we do with it

One quiet advantage of running Google Ads is that it shows exactly which words bring patients, long before organic ranking can. With the search foundation already in place, those words go straight to work.

What patients typedClicks paid forWhat we do with it
smile makeover
The highest volume phrase in the account
30 Cheapest clicks in the account, which points to low competition. The cosmetic page is already live and already the campaign destination, so this is about strengthening it, not building it.
emergency dentist near me
The phrase that converted best
9 Two of the four patient requests came from this one search. The emergency page becomes a priority for organic as well as paid.
dentist fort lauderdale
The core local search
10 The home page already targets this in both its title and heading. Search Console shows us where it ranks and how far it has to climb.
family dentist fort lauderdale
Local, and it converted
7 Produced a patient request. A natural anchor for the general dentistry page.
dental implants fort lauderdale
Local implant intent
3 Low volume on paid, high value per patient. The implant cluster already on the site is built to own this organically.

From today

The order of work, starting September 10

In short

The expensive part is behind you

A verified search presence, complete structured data, on-page optimization done, conversion tracking running on three platforms at once, and advertising that earns attention at half the sector's cost with four times its engagement. Practices spend years and considerable money assembling that. Las Olas has it today, and from here every dollar goes into asking for the appointment.

One thing from the practice makes all of it work harder: calling every new request within five minutes. Published data shows a patient contacted in the first five minutes is far more likely to actually be reached than one called half an hour later. That single habit is worth more than any change we can make in the ad accounts.
